Updating destination list delivery server has failed ricoh
In that case it has NTML for older NT servers and Kerberos for 2000/2003.
For this section it says the user must be in DOMAIN\user format and domain must be in all caps.
I betcha the scanner's not nearly clever enough to use Kerberos.
I'd try sniffing the interaction with Wireshark on the server.
The time is set correctly and not out of the 5 min window. Path is correct UN is set to [email protected] PW is correct Is there a policy or some other 2008 setting that could be hanging this up?
Thanks Off the cuff, I think that there's a change in the minimum level of SMB encryption between those two and if the copier only supports the lower standard, you'll have to enable it though group policy. We try to get people to just use scan to email instead.
We got new toshibas a few months ago and after several combinations what worked was: DOMAIN\user (Yes, domain was all CAPs with no TLD)And for the path it was the FQDN: \SERVER. LAN\Path\To\Folder We also made sure that this option was set to actually use SMB and not other protocol. Though possibly you're using 'encryption' to refer to the authentication handshake, rather than data stream encryption.Entries must not, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
